Product Care and Information

Each piece from Clay & Conquer is handmade with care and crafted to be both functional and magical. This may lead to small imperfections, or what may be perceived as imperfections - however that is the nature of ceramics, especially those formed by goblin hands.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of my ceramics, each piece is unique and may feature slight variations in size, shape, or glaze finish—these are part of the character and charm of handcrafted work and it is worth noting that these features may not be accurately depicted by photos of the product, if purchasing via the online store. If you have purchased directly from me at a market stall, you have the added benefit of holding and inspecting your chosen product prior to purchase! How good is that! Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, please handle all items with care and inspect regularly for any chips or cracks—if damage is present, discontinue use and dispose of the item responsibly. To help prevent chips and cracks, avoid stacking delicate pieces directly on top of one another, and store them with care. While my mugs are dishwasher- and microwave-safe, handwashing is gentler on the glaze and will help preserve its finish for years to come. All mugs are made with food-safe, non-toxic glazes, however I recommend avoiding using or cleaning with harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces as this may damage the glazed surface.

To protect your household surfaces from scratches or heat, I recommend placing a coaster, thin layer of cork or fabric beneath your ceramic items.

Whilst I love kids, my products are not designed for children, nor are they suitable for children and all pieces may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard or have small pieces break off - posing a choking hazard. Products may contain small magnets - yes, also a choking hazard. Please keep all products out of reach from children.
